We are Pet Friendly but do charge a pet fee of $10-$15 per night. We have specifically selected rooms which we allow pets in which are subject to avaliblity.

  

Cancellation Policy and Check-in Policy:

We require 48 hour notice to cancel  a room. If you cancel within the 48 hours we try and resell the room but if we are unable to, you are held responsible for the first nights room and taxes.

Please note all reservation require a valid Visa or MasterCard which is pre-authorized on the check in day for the first night. In the event of a declined credit card Bow Valley Motel may release the room to be resold.

     Please request a balcony or ground-level access at time of booking. Our units are non-smoking. There is an outdoor hot tub and coin laundry on site for our guests' enjoyment and convenience.

      The larger kitchen units can accommodate a small family of up to five persons.
